The need of Trainings and Improving Efficiency and Ethics in an Organisation

Individuals in an organisation follow a work code and common behavioural standards known as ethics. Ethics and Efficiency of Individuals needs to be enhanced, the motivation renewed and discrepancies due to the varied background of the workforce reduced and for that very reason we need the magical module we have known as training, which serves as a one stop solution for learning and development of not only the workforce but also the managers, executives and the owners.


Planning, isn’t that a word that may go beyond what one can fathom something which never be perfect. The more you plan the less it is, so to save on the precious time we need to keep in mind certain factors before initiating a training programme. Firstly, you need to know what do you want to get out of the module or programme you are going forward with, also make sure whatever you are planning to forward with and be open about it and reveal all the information to the potential participants let them know the expectations the training holds for them this would also help to subdue and reduce the paranoia and anxiety they may have while trying something new and out of the box.


Also, you need to determine the potential segregation of workforce the learning module should be based for the front-line leaders, the middle management or the senior management and make them realise how it would make a difference in their work and why is it important to participate in the sessions actively and complete the pre training assignments and activities, because until the clientele is not motivated to be in the training and learn from it the benefits always seem to differ from the opposite version.


In a pre training programme always try to include thought provoking and mind jogging exercises so that they can be free of the third party stress factor and put their mind and soul into the programme, for that the topics and the track of the training should be best suited for the workforce/ individuals so that they can relate and feel the use or it immediately so that they realise the importance of the training sessions to achieve the outcomes which may be very necessary and desired for the work and growth of the workforce on an individual level. 


The opportunities need to be real- world and not fictional with a large addition of practical application to make the employees feel motivated and get the maximum indulgence. Also always kindly ask the managers and the senior management to have a word and discuss with their employees to keep them on the same page and reduce any further tensions which may arise later and if needed carry out a training needs analysis to asses the kind/kinds of trainings that may be needed.


Now after this however your personal thoughts about the training may be never forget to take a feedback because human nature is separate and unique for every individual and while giving a training you need to cater for one and for all, so that you have a fair idea of as to how much of the objectives did really meet in the end for every individuals and that gives a scope for improvisation as nothing in this world can ever be truly perfect when it comes to human understanding.


Implementation of the training is what is needed to establish it in the daily routine and plant it down the memory of all the employees so, don't want, do not give unnecessary time for second thoughts and start as soon as possible with the implementation so that you know the level of success of the training and the difference it made in the individual learning and the how much did it really develop the employees.


Once you are sure that the content has ben set up in the minds of the employees, keep having refreshers to recall the training so it may not let them inhibit the practical application of the training and the knowledge, you may also do this through follow up sessions with the employees after a little while or by creating opportunities to implement the training they received.


Bottom line both pre training and post training is something that needs to be emphasised upon and it needs to be followed up to increase the limitations of the module so that every individual finds it in them to hold it very precious and stay motivated for work to do what needs to be done.
